You don’t need to create any Twitter ads to use the tool, all you need to do is go to https://ads.twitter.com/ and use your Twitter login details. Once you have set up the account you will be provided with a vast amount of data including the number of impressions, engagements, link clicks, retweets, favourites and replies.
The best way to sieve through the data is to export it and open it up in Excel. From there you can sort the data to find the best times to Tweet, find the most engaging Tweets etc.
