Dental Design’s Annual Survey
We are currently asking our clients on one of our SEO packages to kindly leave some feedback in the form of a 6-question survey. Please do look out for this link and the request from your account manager.
It’s much appreciated and helps us to get an idea of what is working and what is not in our ongoing SEO packages.
Why?
Customer feedback is very important when offering any type of service/product.
If you are an existing client of ours, then at some point (and possibly on more than one occasion) your account manager would have advised to gather feedback from your patients in some form. NHS practices will be getting used to gathering NHS Friends and Family forms that are required from all practices to submit to the CQC.
We utilise your feedback in making decisions about what to offer in our SEO packages, where to place our resources in staffing, and what metrics to monitor based on what is important to your online marketing requirements.
Changes so far
The survey is in its 3rd year now and since this time we have..
- Hired a new team member in the amendments department to keep to our targets for the time it takes to make changes to your existing website.
- We’ve added call tracking as a very viable option to practices wanting to accurately track their online marketing investment.
- We’ve invested further into paid SEO tools and taken on a further SEO team member to develop our link building campaigns
