Customer feedback is very important when offering any type of service/product.
If you are an existing client of ours, then at some point (and possibly on more than one occasion) your account manager would have advised to gather feedback from your patients in some form. NHS practices will be getting used to gathering NHS Friends and Family forms that are required from all practices to submit to the CQC.
We utilise your feedback in making decisions about what to offer in our SEO packages, where to place our resources in staffing, and what metrics to monitor based on what is important to your online marketing requirements.
