Client: Hurst Dental
Goal: Drive leads for an Invisalign Open Day
Campaign: Multi-channel campaign using Meta Ads and Google PPC
After a great response to the October Invisalign Open Day, Hurst Dental teamed up once again with Dental Design for another round in March. With a solid foundation already in place, this time the focus was on scaling up and fine-tuning the strategy to bring in even more high-quality leads and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
For this campaign, we centred our efforts around two key digital channels: Meta Ads and Google PPC.
To support these, we also set up automated email follow-ups using autoresponders. This meant every lead received timely and relevant information after registering their interest, keeping the conversation flowing smoothly.
We also brought in a few key tools to help us stay on top of performance and optimise as we went:
Meta Ads Manager: Helped us closely monitor the campaign, test different creatives, and refine targeting.
Google Analytics: Gave insights into user behaviour, conversions, and how visitors moved through the site.
Zapier: Made the behind-the-scenes lead management seamless by automating how information flowed between platforms.
The campaign delivered fantastic results and proved just how effective a smart, multi-channel approach can be.
Conversion Value: £5,500
ROI: £5,142.29
Conversion Value: £192,500
ROI: £191,711.16
Conversion Value: £198,000
Total ROI: £196,853.45
Social media really led the way in this campaign, bringing in a huge portion of the total value. With £192,500 in conversion value from Meta Ads alone, the numbers speak volumes. That said, the PPC side also played a crucial supporting role, driving leads that added further value.
By combining both channels and backing them with the right tech, we were able to deliver results that far exceeded expectations.
This campaign was a great example of how combining Meta Ads and Google PPC can create a powerful lead generation engine. With the right strategy and tools, we were able to target the right audience, deliver compelling messaging, and stay efficient with our budget.
The ongoing partnership between Hurst Dental and Dental Design is built on this kind of continuous improvement — analysing results, testing ideas, and pushing for better performance each time.
