Fancy improving your online visibility even more?
Did you know that you can create a company page on LinkedIn?
LinkedIn company pages provide you with the opportunity to improve the practice’s brand awareness.
So how do you get started with creating a company profile?
1. Enter your practice’s details
Firstly go to interests at the top of your LinkedIn homepage and click “Companies” and then “Create”.
You will then need to enter your Practice name and the email address used at the practice. After entering this, the next section will provide an area for you to type an overview and description of the practice. Make sure you mention the services available at your practice and your practice’s USP.
2. Adding your practice logo and banner image
It’s important to make the most out of these areas to help your page stand out. Make sure you upload a logo that is 100 x 60 pixels for your page and 50 x 50 pixels for the logo to show in status updates. Also set your banner image to 646 x 220 pixels.
3. Time to add posts to your page
Now that the page is set up it is time to populate the page with some content. I know it is tempting to advertise your services but LinkedIn works best as a place for people to discuss topics.
Posting helpful tips, advice and dental news will help instigate engagement on your page and will make it the place to go to discuss dental-related topics.
The increasing engagement on your page will help you build relationships and might even provide you with the opportunity to gain links to your practice website.
4. Promote your page
There are many ways to promote your LinkedIn Company page:
