Detailed below is a summary of the feedback, what we’ve deduced from the results and what actions we are taking based on the feedback from our SEO clients.

Overall – 79% ‘Excellent/Good’
Search Engine Rankings – 68% ‘Excellent/Good’
Enquiries – 53% ‘Excellent/Good’
Amendments – 76% ‘Excellent/Good’
Overall Satisfaction with SEO Management improved. 32 said “Excellent” compared to 14 in 2015. 48 said “Good” compared to 43 in 2015.
Better response rate than last year. 26% as opposed to 15% last year.
The percentage of people rating “Number of enquiries to the website” as poor has decreased from 9% to 4.9%.
The rate in which we deliver on features and services has gone down, however this may be due to the fact the response rate has almost doubled this year.

We are pretty proud of the results we have gathered so far, however, not to rest on our laurels, we’ll be rolling out the survey again next year, so look out for it and have your say!
