Most practices have some form of email contact with their patients, but are they using an email signature/template when sending emails?
Email signatures may not seem important but they can make a big difference to how people perceive your practice especially if you are doing any form of email marketing.
So, why are they so important?
- They help promote your practice
- They look more professional
- They make it easier for potential and existing patients to contact you
- Recipients are more likely to read your emails
Email signatures/templates can be designed to include a range of things:

- Name – you may wish to have your name displayed in a plain format or have it displayed in a different colour or style.
- Practice Address
- Website Address
- Phone Number
- Logo
- Styled to match the practice’s branding
- Social Buttons – Facebook and Twitter links to the practices’ pages to help increase those likes and followers
- Promotional Buttons – if there are important webpages you would like to promote in the emails e.g. special offers, news.
- 3rd party logos – treatment logos etc
