Intelligence being the ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills would raise the question; is google intelligent?
It would be a matter of opinion, a lot of people would argue that a computer or software can’t be intelligent because it does what it’s told, and can only do what it’s programmed to do. What if we programmed it to learn? Google has access to almost every website ever made, stored in huge servers fed by ‘spiders’ that can crawl an entire website in a matter of seconds before moving onto the next. Over the years, this has lead to 30 trillion pages indexed by Google and stored on its servers.
Yes. 30 trillion.
That’s a lot of reading material. If Google could learn it could learn almost everything about us, from history to languages, culture, nanotechnology research all the way to Wayne Shaw’s job offer as a pie taster.
Well… to add to the paranoia. Google can learn. Yes, we (as humans) DID programme google to learn.

Nice piece of artwork right? Make’s you wonder who could possibly have this sort of imagination. Well not who, but what. What you are looking at is a dream generated from Google’s AI. Kinda creepy.
Another interesting concept of Google’s intelligence is how it incorporates it into our searches.
After typing ‘Dentist Bournemouth’ into the search box, you will obviously expect to see the relevant search results. If you go back up to the search bar and highlight the search that you just committed you will be introduced to a load of suggested searches. All relevant to your previous search.
Now the reason this plays into SEO is because of the relevant factor that any good marketing company, (as well as Google) will explain is the primary ranking factor in a Google search. This artificial intelligence Google will rank websites in a more and more humane way. So ensure that your website makes sense, reads nicely and is easy to navigate. Basically, everything a human would like to see in a website.
