Video is growing and it’s here to stay

Video content is growing dramatically with consumers finding videos much more engaging and easier to recall. 81% of businesses now use video in their marketing strategy and this figure has increased by 63% compared to last year.

Viewers claim they retain 95% of a message when obtained via a video with 72% of consumers preferring to learn about a product or service through a video.

Video marketing is driving more views, engagement and positive responses compared to other post options. Users tend to skim the text in a post, whereas videos have a competitive advantage when it comes to gaining someone’s attention.

It is estimated that people will spend more time watching videos on a daily basis over the next few years than ever before, resulting in more advertisers investing in online video ads in order to drive engagement.
