Every August (for the last 5 years), we start the process of gathering feedback from practices under our existing care.
This is achieved with a quick and easy (if I say so myself having designed it), 6 question survey sent out via email, with an open comment box at the end giving our clients the ability to express their satisfaction or dis-satisfaction on any aspect of our service.
