Google Introduces ‘Help Outs’
Google have taken
their Google+ Hang Outs feature one step further this week and introduced a new way to get the help you need fast.
According to Google’s blog, if you’ve got a computer glitch, a leaky pipe or need help with a presentation for your homework, help is is at hand with the click of a button. You can now connect in real time with an expert in the field. Google would like the community to ‘help people help each other’.
The feature allows you to choose who you receive help from based upon their qualifications, availability, price, their ratings and reviews. You can even connect with larger brands for help with their products and services.
At the moment, the amount of help available is limited whilst the service is in its infancy, however it looks like Google are excited to expand in this area and you could soon have help outs available for a number of different topics.
