How to Turn Employees Into Social Media Advocates!

Is your dental practice active on social media? Are your staff active there, too? When employees are included in your social efforts, they become important brand advocates. In this post you’ll discover how involving employees in your social media marketing, benefits your dental practice.

#1: Enhance Practice Branding

Telling your dental practice’s story through images and video lets people outside your practice to understand your culture. This is great for attracting new patients, in particular those who may be nervous.

Furthermore, you may not only attract new patients, you may also attract potential candidates who might want to work for the practice in future.

Similarly, when the practice reaches a goal or receives awards, mention the employees who contributed to the success. Tag staff when posting about a company achievement to build the reach of your update beyond that of your page audience and boost staff morale.

Promote Personal Connections

Celebrate staff birthdays or weddings to help create personal bonds between Dentists and patients.

To further build those connections, share the outside interests of staff, such as charity runs, thereby attracting patients who have the same interests.
