The results are in!

Firstly, if you are an existing client reading this and you took part in our annual survey, we’d like to thank you very much for the time and effort. We wholeheartedly value your feedback.

Detailed below is a summary of the feedback, what we’ve deduced from the results and what actions we are taking based on the feedback from our SEO clients.

We asked 5 questions about our overall SEO service;

  1. Overall, how are we doing?
  2. What features of our SEO management package are the most important?
  3. How do we rate in the delivery of these features?
  4. What are the perceptions of the costs involved in the SEO management?
  5. Any other comments?

From this we found out the following:

How are we doing?

Overall –  86% ‘Excellent/Good’

Search Engine Rankings – 72% ‘Excellent/Good’

Enquiries – 43.1% ‘Excellent/Good’

Amendments – 81.3% ‘Excellent/Good’

What did the survey tell us?

tickThe amendments service has improved following the recruitment of another team member.

tickOverall, more clients rate our service as either Excellent or Good, with no score for ‘poor’ service, than last year.

tickThe satisfaction with search engine rankings has increased since last year.

wrong2The rating for enquiries received from the website is too low for our liking.

 

What are we going to be doing?

Taking steps to monitor, gauge and track enquiries by;

  • Ensuring account management calls include details of rankings and enquiries received and encouragement to practices in asking patients how they found the practice
  • Using Call Tracking as a tool to monitor enquiries from the website
  • Investigate and develop software to track search engine rankings and report these ranking results in a user-friendly way.
  • Amending the design of our monthly reports to ensure the data can be easily and clearly viewed.

We’ve been gathering this data over the last three years using our annual survey.

We utilise your feedback in making decisions about what to offer in our SEO packages, where to place our resources in staffing, and what metrics to monitor based on what is important to your online marketing requirements.

We are pretty proud of the results we have gathered so far, however, not to rest on our laurels, we’ll be rolling out the survey again next year, so look out for it and have your say!
